DP Group Fitness: Class Description List



Maniac Boot camp - This class is not just a cardio-based boot camp, in Maniac Boot Camp we provide a full-body-work-out to strengthen muscles we hardly use on a day-to-day basis. In this 60 minute course we shed calories off while we work out fast twitch muscles, core, lower body, upper body, and controlled breathing. Every class will have 10 stations but the stations will be in rotation every other class.

Power Body Sculpt - All Levels. Join us in utilizing barbells, dumbbells and a variety of equipment to sculpt and strengthen. Non-high impact.  55min.

Muscle Combat - Intermediate. Jump in on our high intensity full body strength and cardio training class utilizing a variety of equipment.  55min.

Core & More - All levels. Strength training using various resistance tools targeting your entire core.   30min.

Self-defense/Kick Boxing Class - This class is open to anyone and everyone. Learn how to defend yourself and have a great full body work out at the same time! This class is a boot camp with a kick, you learn about muscles you never knew about with fast twitch muscle training, cardio, and core. 55 min.

SilverSneakers Classic® - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living.  Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance.  A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. 45-55min.

SilverSneakers Circuit® - Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout.  Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography.  A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises. 45-55m.

Kidz Mitts Class - This class is a kidz boot camp course (ages 5-13) this will teach the kids discipline, focus, and brain memory. This class also provides cardio, fast twitch muscles, and a fun atmosphere for the children. This is a full body work out for the children that your children will have fun in from the begging to the end. 45-55 min.



ZUMBA GOLD - This class provides a modified, low impact moves that are easy to follow using the same Latin inspired and international rhythms of the original ZUMBA program. Perfect for the active adult, beginners or anyone needing modification for success.

Zumba - All Levels. Join this exciting and unique Latin style dance class to move your way to a fitter you.  Class includes dance and rhythm in an easy to follow format. 55min.

Fit Kidz Class - (ages 4-12) Class that incorporates aerobic circuit and station activities with fitness games that will keep them moving and having fun! Kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love, like Hip-hop, Reggaeton, Cumbia and more. This class increases their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhances their coordination. 45-55 min

Booiaka - All Levels.  A class that incorporates different dance styles such as Hip-Hop, Latin, Brazilian, Jamaican, and Reggaeton with an emphasis on having fun, while getting a great cardio workout. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and no experience is required. It’s the way you move!

Body Talk Dance Workshop - This class offers a more sensual and fun take on Hip-Hop by incorporating chair, floor and mirror routines. This Class utilizes upbeat music from various genres, in addition to the latest Hip-Hop hits. This confidence building, high energy combination will leave you wanting more. Enhance your flexibility and enjoy a great cardio work out! 18+ recommended.  60-90min.

Cardio Kickboxing - Intermediate. A high energy cardiovascular boxing workout that will incorporate punches and kicks into non-stop combinations and boxing drills. 55min.



Balance/Stretch and Relaxation (BSR) – In this class, we will cover all of the important elements of fitness needed for
a health and functional lifestyle. A variety of equipment will be used to improve range of motion, balance, daily living skills, strengthening and stretching muscles. Some standing and sitting, but no floor work.



Dance Lessons with Tori – This class is organized to teach you proper structure and form of 2-stepping all while moving your groove thing. It is a fun upbeat class where you can learn to 2-step and line dance while getting your heart rate going and having a great time. So let’s dance those calories away! (Scheduled every Friday afternoon and every first Monday night of the month.)
