Strength

Power Body Sculpt - All Levels. Join us in utilizing barbells, dumbbells and a variety of equipment to sculpt and strengthen. Non high impact. 55min.

Muscle Combat - Intermediate. Jump in on our high intensity full body strength and cardio training class utilizing a variety equipment. 55min.

Boot Camp - Jump start your fitness & Turbo charge your metabolism! Class mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. It’s not just exercise it’s an adventure!

Core & More - All levels. Strength training using various resistance tools targeting your entire core.  30min.

Silver Sneakers Classic® - Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support. 45-55min.

Silver Sneakers Circuit®- Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a Siilver Sneakers ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises. 45-55min.

Cardio

ZUMBA GOLD - This class provides a modified, low impact moves that are easy to follow using the same Latin inspired and international rhythms of the original ZUMBA program. Perfect for the active adult, beginners or anyone needing modification for success.

Zumba - All Levels. Join this exciting and unique Latin style dance class to move your way to a fitter you. Class includes dance and rhythm in an easy to follow format. 55min.

Gentle Sculpt & Toning- A variety of equipment will be used to improve range of motion, balance, daily living skills, strengthening and stretching muscles.

Cardio Funk - Intermediate. A unique dance infused cardio class that includes dance moves to increase your heart rate. Come join the ultimate dance class, popular dance combinations mixed in with popular line dances where you’ll have the ultimate dance experience while burning calories.

Fit Kidz Class - (ages 4-12) Class that incorporates aerobic circuit and station activities with fitness games that will keep them moving and having fun! Kid-friendly routines and all the music kids’ love, like hip-hop, reggaeton, Columbia and more. This class increases their focus and self-confidence, boosting metabolism and enhances their coordination. 45-55min.

Cardio Kickboxing - Intermediate. A high energy cardiovascular boxing workout that will incorporate punches and kicks into non-stop combinations and boxing drills. 55min.

Hot Fusion – Fun, unique workout that combines strength, flexibility & balance training with Old School Dances.

Hot hula- Isolates your larger muscle groups, increasing strength, and definition to your core, glutes, and arms inspired by the dances of Pacific Island. 45-55min.

MATUA- a Silver & Fit endorsed program for Seniors, inspired by the South Pacific island dances. This format incorporates easy-to-follow dance movements set to traditional Polynesian drumbeats fused with island and 60’s music. MATUA provides the health benefits of song, dance and community to participants of all levels while providing a 60 minute vacation to the islands.

Insanity- high energy workout that combines the fundamentals of interval training with a focus on building strength, endurance, and balance. 45-55min.

Mind/Body

Yoga – All Levels. Yoga modified for all levels of ability allowing you to move at your own pace with strength and grace. 55min.

PiYo – Combines the muscle -sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibilty advantages of yoga. 45-55min.

Kataflex – Mind & body workout with emphasis on core training & breathing techniques. Blend of martial arts, yoga & Pilates. 45-55min.
